Greens and Te Pāti Māori could surpass Labour says activist

A left-wing activist thinks the Greens and Te Pāti Māori could surpass Labour at the next election if it doesn't get its act together.

Preliminary results show Labour's share of the vote has almost halved, from 50-percent of the party vote, to about 28-percent, while the Greens have picked up four extra seats, including two electorates, and Te Pāti Māori is going from two to four MPs.

Former Green MP Sue Bradford says Labour had complete power but blew its chances to change the country by washing its policies through focus groups.

Bradford spoke to Corin Dann.
