The Gaza war has reached the six months mark. It was in the early hours of October 7 when Hamas gunman stormed across the border and into Israel to carry out a slaughter of Israelis.
It was described by Israel as its darkest day, Israel says 1200 were killed and more than 250 taken hostage.
It sparked what is now the longest Gaza war, the figures from the Hamas run health ministry in Gaza say 33,000 Palestinians have been killed.
