Action planned to stop out-of-control North Shore parties

The leaders of local boards in Auckland's North Shore are determined to stop the spread of drunken disorder in their area. Young people pelted police officers with bottles and fueled a bonfire with mailboxes and street signs at an out-of-control party in Castor Bay.
