Wife outraged commercial hang gliding still unregulated

The wife of a man killed in a commercial tandem hang gliding accident in Queenstown says it is outrageous the industry is still unregulated. Her husband Andrew Scotland and the pilot, Gerado Bean, died after their hang glider plunged to the ground in March 2009.
