Syrian women, children massacred as UN meets

UN-Arab League envoy and former UN Secretary General Kofi Annan is attempting to gain an international community concensus 'that killing of civilians in Syria is unacceptable', which must include both China and Russia if it is to impact the government of Bashar al Assad.
