Judge to sum up cold case trial

The Judge will today sum up in the trial of a 72 year old man, accused of murdering a service station attendant in Turangi decades ago. Menzies Hallett is on trial for the killing of Rodney Tahu, who died after being shot twice early one August morning in 1979.
