Workers and employers react to Health and Safety Reform Bill

Workers and employers are cautiously welcoming what's being dubbed New Zealand's biggest health and safety reforms in 20 years. Under the new legislation company directors and managers could face up to five years in prison and a three-million-dollar fine for recklessly endangering workers.
