2.00 Phoebe Bridgers ahead of her first NZ appearance at Laneway 

Phoebe Bridgers is an American singer-songwriter who is known for her incredible song writing of indie dream pop songs. Her 2020 album 'Punisher' was criticically acclaimed and earnt her a well earned spot of one of the main acts at Laneway Festival this weekend. 

3:20 Serg Tankian on his newest Art exhibition 'Kiwi in Pangea'

Lead singer and songwriter for System Of A Down, Serj Tankian has released five studio albums, winning a GRAMMY Award in 2006 for “B.Y.O.B.” and selling over 40 million albums worldwide. Serj is also a prolific visual artist, a singer, a poet, a songwriter and composer.
Armenian born in Lebanon, Serj now lives between Los Angeles and is about to exhibit his latest artworks at Suite gallery in Auckland and in Wellington.

Our guest on the Mixtape this week is the Creative, artistic Director for the Auckland Folk Festival -Finn McLennan - Elliot. The Auckland Folk Festival the largest and longest running festival of its kind,  a unique 3 day event for all ages, covering music across the folk spectrum as far as 'folk' can be pushed - This year is the festivals 50th Anniversary, so we thought we make a special mixtape of the wonderful artists involved with the festival.
