After a three year hiatus, Napier's Art Deco Festival is back to its former glory.
After the pandemic cancelled the 2021 event and reduced the capacity and size of the 2022 festival, 2023 was supposed to be a return to normal - until Cyclone Gabrielle hit.
This year, to help people get into the 1920s spirit the festival has appointed Kiwi actress Antonia Prebble as Chief Costume Officer.
She speaks to Emile Donovan about what's in store.
