Today, Jo Leach is on the senior leadership team at Lifewise, she's managed peer support workers, and she's a proud mum and partner.
But life wasn't always this way.
Jo spent 12 years of her life battling drug addiction, stealing, lying, getting involved with gangs, ending up with a criminal record 160 charges-long.
Now, she uses that experience to show others the way out.
She joins Emile Donovan.
