Mountains, whales, and a dramatic coastline - we're in Kaikōura today for our museum stop. Housed in the landmark craypot building Kaikōura Museum https://kaikoura-museum.co.nz/ highlights the area's connection to the sea with stories of whaling, fishing, a large collection of marine specimens, along with taonga Māori, and exhibits of early colonial life. But there are some lesser known treasures and stories to tell. Anna is joined by curator Te Awhina Arahanga.
