First up we head to Hawke's Bay, where the region has been a buzz with the weekend wedding of former prime Minister Jacinda Ardern to Clarke Gayford.
It's been a few years in the making, and the Bay turned on an absolute stunner of a day. You may've seen the photos of the happy couple which they shared with all media outlets on Saturday.
People jetted in for the special occasion, and the overseas media reportedly put up a helicopter to try and get photos of the event.
Summer Times checks in with the mayor of Hastings Sandra Hazlehurst on how the region is doing this summer after a difficult year.
