Economist: 'We've clearly not had enough policy stimulus'

The Reserve Bank left the official cash rate unchanged at 0.25% in recent Monetary Policy Statement (MPS) while expanding the bond buying programme to $100b - a move described as "extreme stimulus" by one commentator.
