Seek says new jobs are on the rise.
The job advertisement website's seasonally adjusted New Job Ad Index is 8.6% higher than a year ago.
Seek says the number of new jobs listed on the website has also grown at a faster rate than applications for those jobs, resulting in more favourable conditions for jobseekers.
