Police have arrested a Blenheim man on charges of underage sex offending and dealing A and C class drugs.
The 64-year-old's house was searched on Wednesday.
Police say they recovered a large amount of evidence including cannabis, methamphetamine, Ecstasy, drug paraphernalia and other unidentified drugs.
They say they also discovered photographic evidence of sexual offending.
The man appeared in the Blenheim District Court on Thursday and was remanded in custody to appear on Monday.
