New Plymouth police have found a body believed to be that of a 70-year-old man who went missing on Tuesday.
Nigel Duncan's disappearance sparked an intensive search.
Police say the body was found in a bush area by the Huatoki domain on Thursday afternoon.
His death is not believed to be suspicious and has been referred to the Coroner.
