The New Zealand indoor bowls team has regained the Henselite Trophy, which has been held by Australia since 2009, with a 35-9 defeat of the hosts at Morayfield in Queensland on Thursday and Friday.
The Black Mats took just two days, instead of the scheduled three, to beat Australia in what's believed to be the first time the trans-Tasman contest has been decided in only two days.
