Marina Khan will meet Sue Wightman in the final of the women's singles at the National Open Bowls Championships at Pakuranga on Friday.
Both enjoyed comfortable winning margins after initially tough tussles in their semi-finals and, no matter who wins the final, a new name will appear on the women's singles trophy.
Sue Wightman beat Serena Matthews 21 - 14 in her semi final while Khan beat Feona Sayles 21 - 15.
Matt Gallop of Eastbourne and fellow Wellingtonian Rob Ashton will meet in the men's pairs final.
Gallop beat Mike Nasey of Pakuranga 19 - 3 while Ashton beat Richard Girvan of Okahu Bay 19 - 10.
