The Waratahs Super 14 rugby side have recorded their third pre-season victory in 12 days with a 17-14 win over the Brumbies in Sydney.
The Brumbies scored two tries in the final 15 minutes, but it wasn't enough to overcome a solid Warratahs performance.
Meanwhile, a Digby Ioane hat-trick completed a stunning comeback in the Queensland Reds' final pre-season trial, defeating the Western Force 22-19 at Ballymore.
The Reds trailed 19-0 in the second half after three David Pocock tries, but the momentum swung the other way when replacement lock Rob Simmons scored and then winger Ioane piled on three of his own to give his side the victory.
