White Ferns weary of India

The White Ferns push towards glory at the Cricket World Cup in Australia could hinge on tomorrow's match against giant killers India.

New Zealand are currently one spot behind the second placed Indians in the Super Six standings of the competition.

India have climbed into second behind unbeaten England on the back of consistent performances, including a shock win over world cup holders Australia.

White Fern's top order batter Sara McGlashan says realistically if they're going to make the final they need to beat India tomorrow.

She says thankfully they know quite a bit about the Indians and recently played them in a warm up match.

The White Ferns have also been given a boost ahead of the Indian match, with wicket keeper Rachel Priest, who was hit in the mouth in the weekend's loss to England, cleared to play.

Priest says xrays by a dentist show the damage is largely superficial.
