The Adelaide 36ers have inflicted a second straight road loss on the New Zealand Breakers in the Australian basketball league, winning 80 - 76.
Kirk Penney and Rick Rickert top-scored for the Breakers but they fell four points short, three days after going down by five to main rivals the Tigers in Melbourne.
The Taipans easily beat the Perth Wildcats 89 - 71 in Cairns in the night's other game.
