The Commonwealth Games delegates from 71 countries have arrived in the Indian capital New Delhi to inspect venues for next year's games
Last month the Commonweath Games Federation chief Mike Fennell expressed concerns about delays in construction
He warned the event may fail if all the venues aren't completed on time
Local organisers says they're confident construction will be finished on time for next October's opening ceremony
A decision will also be made on whether Fiji's athletes will compete after the country was suspended from the Commonwealth in September for failing to set a 2010 electin date.
Fiji is only the second country to be suspended after Nigeria.
