The heavyweight boxer Shane Cameron's April 24 bout in Wellington has been be postponed until further notice.
Cameron's original opponent Michael Kirby to withdraw from the fight on Sunday because of a serious eye injury, a detached retina suffered during trainung.
Since then Cameron's manager Ken Reinsfield has been looking for a late replacement and had hoped to replace Kirby with Israel Garcia, who was alsounavailable due to cuts received in his last fight.
Reinsfield says new date and venue are yet to be set. All tickets and table sales to date will be fully refunded.
