The Mystics have signed Silver Ferns defender Anna Scarlett for the 2011 trans-Tasman netball competition.
Scarlett was recently named in the Silver Ferns Commonwealth Games team having returned to the sport after several seasons on the international beach volleyball circuit.
The Mystics' full squad for the 2011 season will be named next month.
