Junior cricketers draw in second Test in England

The New Zealand Under-19 cricket team has shared a draw with their English counterparts in the second Test at Worcester.

Captain Kane Williamson of the Northern Knights struck 151 and the Wellington Firebirds all-rounder Harry Boam made 68 in the team's second innings total of 302 at New Road.

Otago left-arm spinner Nick Beard then claimed five wickets as England were contained to 246 for seven in reply.

England won the Test series 1-0, with the five-match 50-over series commencing at Canterbury on Friday 8 August.
