The New Zealand golfer, Michael Campbell, is tied for fourth, five shots off the pace heading into the final round of the Dutch Open at the Kennemer links course.
Campbell has posted a one under par 69 for the third round and is seven under for the tournament.
Britain's Darren Clarke, making a late attempt to claim one of two Ryder Cup wildcard selections, has charged three shots clear of the field.
Clarke hit five birdies in a four-under 66 in windy conditions to sit 12-under for the tournament.
