England midfielder Shaun Wright-Phillips has returned to his former football club Manchester City from Premier League leaders Chelsea on a four-year deal.
Wright-Phillips joined Chelsea from City three years ago in a 21 million pound deal but never really established himself as a first choice for the starting line-up.
City manager Mark Hughes said the player had been a target since he took over at the club in June.
Meanwhile Sir Alex Ferguson says he has no idea whether Dimitar Berbatov will join Manchester United as the transfer window closes this weekend.
