A Brisbane bar will strengthen security after receiving abusive calls from irate Broncos rugby league fans for releasing footage they claim shows the NRL club's skipper Darren Lockyer tackling the venue's manager.
New CCTV footage from the club has been released from the alleged September 6 incident, with TV reports claiming it clearly revealed Lockyer as the man who manhandles Brisbane inner-city bar manager Terry De Gunten.
Lockyer denied the claim earlier this week and did not elaborate when asked again after the fresh footage was released.
The bar is just down the street from Suncorp Stadium where the Broncos play a knockout NRL finals clash against Melbourne tonight.
