New Zealand has won the trans-Tasman bowls series after Australia came back to win the third Test in Invercargill.
The Black Jacks won the overall series trophy on points 26-22 with the women winning their trophy and Australia retaining the men's.
The opening session was split 2-2 again after the New Zealand women's four won their match and Shannon McIlroy had his first singles win.
But New Zealand's only win in the afternoon was in the women's doubles.
