New Zealand's world junior shot put champion, Jacko Gill, has been invited to compete in a Diamond League event in Stockholm later this year.
The 16-year-old, who on Saturday became the youngest athlete to throw the senior shot put over 20 metres, announced the invitation on his Twitter account yesterday.
Gill says the invitation is for a meeting in August against the top nine throwers in the world.
