Sebastian Vettel is almost certain to be crowned Formula One's youngest double world champion in Japan this weekend, even if he suffers his worst result of the year on Sunday at Suzuka.
The 24-year-old hasn't finished lower than fourth in any grand prix in the last 12 months, and the German now needs just one point to secure his second successive crown. He won't even need that if McLaren's Jenson Button fails to win.
The real battle for the remainder of the season concerns the race for second place with the next four drivers only 17 points apart with five rounds remaining.
