McCullum very happy with series win

The stand-in New Zealand cricket captain Brendan McCullum says the high standards they've been able to achieve is the most pleasing aspect of their ODI series sweep of Zimbabwe.

The Black caps won the third and final match by 202 runs in Napier on Thursday night.

McCullum smashed his fourth one-day international century as New Zealand made their third-highest total of 373 for eight. Zimbabwe were bowled out in 44 overs.

McCullum says they managed to raise the tempo and execute during the series and kept their standards high despite making numerous player changes.

Zimbabwe's tour concludes after the two sides meet for two Twenty20 internationals, at Eden Park on Saturday and in Hamilton next Tuesday.
