Wellington on a Plate event 'A Sensory Adventure' is all about creating experiences for people to help them connect with their senses, says musician Rosie Langabeer.
Collaborating with chef Anastasha Sarlis, the event is a seven-course taste and sound experience with each course carefully paired with music composed and performed by Langabeer.
The creator of the project is Katie Martin of The Sensanauts.
One participant described A Sensory Adventure as one of the most exciting music events he'd ever attended.
"To have music and food brought together [like this] is a first, because usually music is pushed into the background. To have music up front makes your senses change, and for me as a musician, that was just amazing."
