Chef James Beck cooked at some of the top restaurants in the world before heading to the Hawkes Bay to set up his own eatery – Bistronomy.

Beck's philosophy is to make everyday eating a little bit extraordinary, like the Napier-famous fried chicken dish described as "genre-defining" by Cuisine magazine.
