Retiring West Coast butcher - Barry Johnson

West Coast butcher, Barry Johnson, is hanging up his hooks and retiring after more than five decades in the trade. Other than a stint running a takeaway, Mr Johnson - or "Porky" as he's known to his mates - has been a butcher since his was 15 years old. He's seen a lot change on the coast, and in butchery too, but after 55 years of work he's ready to make his part-time passion for chasing gold a full-time hobby.
