Elton John postponed - what are ticket-holders' rights?

Sir Elton John has been advised by doctors to move Tuesday night's Auckland concert to Wednesday.

It comes after the pop legend was diagnosed with walking pneumonia, forcing him to pull the plug 16 songs into his 25 song set at Auckland's Mount Smart stadium on Sunday night.

Minutes after being checked onstage by a medical team, a sobbing Sir Elton told the first of three sold-out crowds, he had lost his voice and could no longer continue.

On medical advice, the second concert has been rescheduled to Wednesday night giving the 72-year-old more time to rest.

But whilst many concert-goers were sympathetic last night, others are demanding a partial refund saying Sir Elton performed only two thirds of what they paid for.

So what are your rights as a ticket-holder?
