Federated Farmers responds to $500k help after flooding

The government has kicked in $500,000 to help farmers and growers back on their feet.

Some have lost winter feed with pastures swamped in torrential rain over the past few days.

Agriculture Minister Damien O'Connor says it just put more pressure on farmers who until now had been battling a drought.
