The All Blacks will add an old foe to their brains trust for next season with former Ireland coach Joe Schmidt joining as an independent selector.
After a dismal showing against teams from the Northern Hemisphere this year, the All Blacks will be relying on Schmidt's intel to help get New Zealand back on track ahead of the 2023 Rugby World Cup.
