Police are warning New Zealanders to beware of sales on social media, because they're seeing a staggering amount of fraud in online trading.
A 24-year-old has been arrested and charged over 27 scams on Facebook Marketplace.
And even though reports of social media scams are surging, police think the real number of fraud victims is much higher.
