A proposal to pump up crowd capacity at a popular New Plymouth concert venue is hitting a sour note with some.
The Bowl of Brooklands currently has a capacity of 15,000, but the council has floated the idea of increasing it to 25,000 to attract bigger international acts.
And potentially covering its iconic lake.
