Labour is calling on the health minister to honour his Hippocratic oath, as crowds gathered begging the government to reconsider repealing smokefree legislation.
The government insists it remains committed to reducing smoking rates - despite budgeting 500-million dollars a year in tax revenue from tobacco sales.
