Richmond and Dallington residents still lack toilets

Civil Defence has told a meeting of hundreds of Richmond and Dallington residents that the last of the world's supply of chemical toilets - one thousand - is due to arrive in Christchurch from the United States today, and Chinese manufacturers are frantically making more.
