A hui in Auckland today of Maori social service providers, has voted to collate evidence of what they say is discrimination and bad faith practice by the Government; Liquor stores throughout New Zealand will be banned from being within one kilometre of school boundaries, if a proposal by the Labour MP for Manurewa in South Auckland is adopted; The Interim Chairman of the Iwi Education Authority's cultural arm, Te Kahui Reo Taketake, says part of his job is to ensure tribes have a role in kura-a-iwi.
