Silas McClintock has been making music for years under the name Bobandii, but recently retired the name and emerged with a new project: Silas Futura.

His first EP under the name is out now. It's called Pluto and features other local talent Fable, Tei, and Pollyhill. Silas visited RNZ to chat with Tony Stamp about his change in sound, reconnecting with his Māori heritage, and his hopes for the future of New Zealand music.
