Wellington blogger Lucy Revill is crowd funding to publish a book about the city she loves and some of its dynamic and interesting residents.
She founded the blog The Residents five years ago featuring interviews and photographs of Wellingtonians, some celebrities, others not so well known but just as interesting. She gained thousands of followers on social media, then decided to pull together some of them in a book celebrating the Capital.
After being knocked back by publishers, she started PledgeMe page and raised her initial goal of $ 22 thousand in 13 hours.
