US correspondent Ximena Bustillo joins Kathryn to talk about the big decisions that have been delivered by the Supreme Court in the past week, all while questions are being raised about the conduct of some Justices and whether the country's highest court needs a code of ethics.

And as the hot weather continues what are the risks for employees who have no choice but to work outside?
