A major survey of the battlefields at Gallipoli is helping to shape our understanding of the Anzac area of Gallipoli. The historical and archaeological survey of the Anzac battlefields was conducted by three nations, New Zealand, Australia and Turkey. Ian McGibbon was heading off to participate.
