Topics - the Government inquiry into the former Justice Minister, Judith Collins, has cleared her of undermining the head of the Serious Fraud Office in 2011. However, it has found there were such efforts by a group of bloggers and current or former SFO staff. Ms Collins resigned during the election campaign after an email surfaced suggesting she'd been involved in a campaign to take down the then-SFO head, Adam Feeley. A report by New Zealand's Inspector General of Intelligence and Security Cheryl Gwyn has found attack blogger Cameron Slater requested and published politically damaging material about former Labour Leader Phil Goff from the SIS, after being instructed to ask for that material by Prime Minister John Key's staff.
