The call's gone out for parents to think more carefully about their alcohol consumption. The Guardian reports the Institute of Alcohol has found three in 10 parents say they have been drunk in front of their children.
It also says half have been tipsy and such behaviour can trigger family fights or make children anxious.
Essentially the research says your children see you as less of a role model if you drink a bit in front of them.
