Sugary drinks: bad for us, but we're drinking more

A New Zealand-led study has found sugary drinks are more harmful than sugary foods, and we're drinking more of it.

The study, published in the journal Obesity, discovered it's easier for the body to process liquid. It also revealed that our consumption of these drinks increased between 2002 and 2016, in though rates decreased in the UK and US.

The panelists tell us whether they try to cut down on fizzy drinks.
